# PedigreeForge Beta Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is between PedigreeForge and the individual entering their legal name and selecting "I agree" in the beta sign-up flow ("Recipient").

1. Purpose
Recipient may receive access to confidential beta materials, product behavior, pricing details, roadmap information, support communications, and non-public data solely for evaluating and using the PedigreeForge beta.

2. Confidential Information
Confidential Information includes all non-public information disclosed by PedigreeForge in any form, including software behavior, UI, technical architecture, performance details, pricing strategy, customer information, and operational practices.

3. Recipient Obligations
Recipient agrees to keep Confidential Information confidential, use it only for beta evaluation and use, and not disclose it to third parties without written permission.

4. Prohibited Actions
Unless required by law or expressly permitted in writing, Recipient will not reverse engineer the service, share credentials, or use Confidential Information to build or improve a competing service.

5. Term and Remedies
This Agreement starts on acceptance. Confidentiality obligations survive beta termination for three years. PedigreeForge may seek injunctive relief and any other legal remedies for unauthorized disclosure.

6. Electronic Signature
Entering a legal name and selecting the acceptance checkbox is an electronic signature with the same force and effect as a handwritten signature.

7. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New South Wales, Australia.
